15. ועדות
(א)המועצה רשאית למנות מבין חבריה ושלא מבין חבריה ועדות קבועות או ארעיות לטיפול בעניינים שתטיל עליהן, דרך קבע או במקרים מסוימים, ובלבד שמחצית לפחות מחברי ועדה כאמור יהיו חברי מועצה.
(ב)מבלי לפגוע בכלליות האמור בסעיף קטן (א) תמנה המועצה ועדת ביקורת וועדת מכרזים.
