6. ביצוע בידי רשות הנחל
לא מילא אדם אחרי דרישה שניתנה לו על פי סעיף 5 תוך הזמן הקבוע בה, רשאי המנהל להורות כי הפעולות הדרושות ייעשו בידי רשות הנחל עצמה וכי ההוצאות הכרוכות בכך ייגבו מאת האדם שהיה חייב למלא אחר הדרישה.
