7. פעולה דחופה
(א)בכל מקרה שבו נראה למנהל שקיים צורך בפעולה דחופה כדי למנוע או לתקן נזק לירקון ולגדותיו או לסלק מהם מכשול, רשאי הוא לפעול באופן מידי ולעשות את כל הפעולות הדרושות, לדעתו, למניעתו או לתיקונו של הנזק או לסילוק המכשול – וזאת מבלי למסור תחילה דרישה לפי סעיף 5.
(ב)פעל המנהל כאמור בסעיף קטן (א), רשאי הוא לגבות מאת האדם שגרם לנזק או יצר את המכשול את ההוצאות שרשות הנחל הוציאה לעשיית הפעולות האמורות.
