36. החזר דמי מנוי בשל הוראה
בעל זכיון יחזיר למנוי דמי מנוי ששילם לו מראש ושלגביהם ניתנה, לאחר תשלומם, הוראה לפי תקנה 51, תוך ארבעה עשר ימים מיום שניתנה ההוראה כאמור.
