37. קיזוז ותשלום הפרשי הצמדה וריבית
החזר תשלומים למנוי לפי סימן זה יכול שייעשה בדרך של קיזוז ויווספו לו הפרשי הצמדה וריבית בשיעור הקבוע בתקנה 27(ב), לתקופה שמיום תשלומו של הסכום בידי המנוי ועד יום החזרתו או קיזוזו בפועל בידי בעל הזכיון, לפי הענין.
