2. הענקת סמכויות לפקחי גנים לאומיים
הסמכויות המסורות לשוטר לפי סעיף 3 לפקודה יהיו נתונות גם לפקח לגבי עבירות על חוקי עזר שהותקנו לפי סעיף 20 לחוק.
