47. התחייבות האיגוד
חוזה, כתב התחייבות, או תעודה אחרת לא יחייבו את האיגוד –
(1)כשיש בהם התחייבות כספים מטעם האיגוד, אלא אם נחתמו על ידי יושב ראש המועצה וגזבר האיגוד;
(2)כשאין בהם התחייבות כספית כאמור, אלא אם נחתמו על ידי יושב ראש המועצה ומזכיר האיגוד.
