48. גישה לספרי המועצה
ספרי המועצה, מסמכיה וניירותיה יהיו פתוחים לעיון ולבדיקה לפני כל חבר מועצה, והוא רשאי להכין העתק או תקציר מהם, ובלבד שלא יוציא ספר, מסמך או נייר כאמור ממשרד המועצה בלי הסכמתו בכתב של יושב ראש המועצה.
