42. הטלת מכסות
הטילה המועצה על רשויות מקומיות תשלומי כסף למימון תקציב האיגוד בהתאם לסעיף 12 לחוק, ייקבעו שיעורי המכסות בהתאם למספר התושבים ברשות המקומית שהיו רשומים ביום 1 באפריל של השנה שבה הוטל התשלום במרשם המתנהל לפי חוק מרשם האוכלוסין, תשכ״ה–1965, והנוגע לתחום אותה רשות מקומית, זולת אם הוסכם אחרת על ידי הרשויות המקומיות.
