34. בחירת ועדות והרכבן
(א)המועצה רשאית לבחור – מבין חבריה, מבין עובדי האיגוד או מבין אנשים מתאימים אחרים – ועדות קבועות או ארעיות שתפקידן לטפל בענינים או במקרים מסוימים, ככל שתטיל עליהן המועצה, ובלבד –
(1)שמחצית לפחות מחברי הועדה יהיו חברי המועצה;
(2)שבין חברי המועצה שיהיו חברים בועדה, יהיה נציג אחד לפחות מכל אחת מהרשויות המקומיות.
(ב)האמור בסעיף זה לא יחול על הועדה המקצועית המיוחדת כמפורט בסעיף 26.
