7. הודעה בדבר רישום הערה
(א)הודעת הממונה לזכאי ולבן זוגו לשעבר בדבר רישום הערה לפי סעיף 42ב(ג) לחוק תכלול, בין השאר, את הפרטים שנרשמו לפי סעיף 42ב(א) לחוק.
(ב)נוסף על משלוח הודעה כאמור בדואר רשום, הממונה רשאי לשלוח הודעה כאמור לזכאי ולבן זוגו לשעבר לכתובות דואר אלקטרוני שמסרו הזכאי ובן הזוג לשעבר, ובלבד שנתנו את הסכמתם לכך.
