8. הודעה על תחילת תשלום קצבה לבן זוג לשעבר
(א)נרשמה הערה לפי סעיף 42ב(א) לחוק לפני שהחלה להיות משולמת קצבה, ישלח הממונה הודעה לבן הזוג לשעבר על מועד התשלום של קצבת הפרישה לגמלאי, בתוך ארבעה עשר ימי עסקים מהמועד שבו קבע הממונה את זכאותו של הגמלאי לקצבה.
(ב)הודעה כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) תכלול את הפרטים והמסמכים הנדרשים לפי החוק לצורך תחילת תשלום קצבה לבן זוג לשעבר.
