4. סדר היום של הישיבה
סדר היום של הישיבה יכלול:
(1)דיון בכל בקשה לסיוע שהוגשה לקרן עד 14 ימים לפני מועד הישיבה של ההנהלה והכרעה לגביה;
(2)מעקב אחרי בקשות סיוע שנדונו בישיבות קודמות, כולל מידע או מסמכים נוספים שהגיש מבקש הסיוע לאחר הגשת בקשת הסיוע כאמור בתקנה 4 לתקנות הסיוע;
(3)כל נושא אחר שיושב ראש ההנהלה החליט לדון בו בישיבה, ביוזמתו או לבקשת חבר הנהלה.
