5. המניין החוקי
(א)המניין החוקי לפתיחת ישיבה יהיה רוב חברי ההנהלה ובהם יושב ראש ההנהלה או נציג הציבור כאמור בסעיף 27(ב)(1) או (9) לחוק, בהתאמה.
(ב)פחת מספר חברי ההנהלה שהגיעו לישיבה מהמניין החוקי –
(1)תפוזר הישיבה ויושב ראש ההנהלה יודיע על כך ליועץ המשפטי לממשלה ולממונים על חברי ההנהלה אשר נעדרו מהישיבה;
(2)ייקבע מועד חדש לישיבתה של ההנהלה מיד לאחר יום הישיבה.
