2. חובת הגנה על שמשות
(א)המחזיק בבנין או בחלק מבנין חייב להגן על השמשות שבחלונות ובדלתות של אותו בנין, בהתאם להוראות תקנות אלה.
(ב)שמשות שבחדר המדרגות, או שבחלק אחר של הבנין שאינו ברשות המחזיק, חובת הגנתן חלה על בעל הבנין.
