4א. היתר
תיקון: תשל״ד
(א)שר הבטחון רשאי לתת היתר כללי וראש הג״א רשאי לתת היתר מיוחד, שעל פיהם מותר לא להגן על שמשות לפי תקנות אלה, כולן או מקצתן.
(ב)בהיתר כאמור יכול שייקבעו סייגים או תנאים.
