1. הגדרות
תיקון: תשל״ב
בתקנות אלה –
”תכשיר“ – תערובת של חמרים כימיים המכילה כחומר פעיל – diethoxy phosphylimino – 1,3 – dithiolane המוצע למכירה בשם ”סיאולן“ תוצרת חברת ”אמריקן ציאנאמיד“, ארה״ב;
”מנהל“ – מנהל האגף להגנת הצומח במשרד החקלאות או מי שהוא הסמיך לענין תקנות אלה, כולן או מקצתן;
”היתר“ – היתר שניתן לפי תקנה 2;
”רשיון“ – רשיון שניתן לפי תקנה 3.
