1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”תכשיר“ – תערובת של חמרים כימיים המכילה כחומר פעיל אתיל פרתיון;
”המנהל“ – מנהל האגף להגנת הצומח במשרד החקלאות או מי שהוא הסמיך לענין תקנות אלה, כולן או מקצתן.
