2. הפעלת תכשיר לפי רשיון
תיקון: תשל״ה, תשל״ז, תשל״ט, [הודעות]
(א)לא יפעיל אדם תכשיר להדברת נגעים אלא אם ניתן לו רשיון הפעלה מאת המנהל (להלן – רשיון).
(ב)המפעיל תכשיר להדברת נגעים ישא עמו את הרשיון ויראהו למפקח על הצמח שנתמנה לפי סעיף 10 לחוק בכל עת שידרוש.
(ג)תקנה זו לא תחול על מי שמפעיל תכשיר כעוזרו של אדם שניתן לו רשיון ובנוכחותו.
(ד)בעד מתן רשיון תשולם אגרה של 41.50 שקלים חדשים (מעודכן ליולי 2026).
