1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”המנהל“ – מנהל האגף להגנת הצומח במשרד החקלאות או מי שהסמיך לענין תקנות אלה, כולן או מקצתן;
”יצרן“ – אדם המייצר או המייבא תכשירים;
”מדביר“ – בעל היתר לקטילת מכרסמים מאת ועדה לפי תקנה 30 לתקנות רישוי עסקים (הדברת מזיקים), תשל״ה–1975;
”פתיון“ – גרעינים או פירות מטופלים באלפא כלורלוז שריכוזו אינו עולה על 4%;
”תכשיר“ – תערובת של חמרים כימיים המכילה אלפא כלורלוז בכל ריכוז שהוא, למעט פתיון.
