Section 2 of תקנות הגנת הצומח (שימוש באלפא כלורלוז), תשל״ו–1976, מכירת תכשיר על־ידי היצרן.
2. מכירת תכשיר על־ידי היצרן
(א)לא יעסוק יצרן במכירת תכשיר, אלא אם ניתן לו רשיון בהתאם לתקנה 22 לתקנות הגנת הצומח (הסדר מכירת תכשירים כימיים), תשכ״ז–1967, ובהתאם לתנאיו.
(ב)לא ימכור יצרן תכשיר אלא למדביר שמסר לו היתר לפי תקנה 3.
(ג)יצרן יעביר למנהל את ההיתרים שנמסרו לו בכל חודש, במכתב בדואר רשום עד החמישי בחודש שלאחריו.
