6. תנאים לגורר
לא ישמש כגורר לצורך תקנה 1(ג), אלא מי שנתקיימו בו דרישות אלה:
(1)ברשותו רכב גרר תקין ובטיחותי;
(2)משטרת ישראל אישרה כי אין מניעה שישמש גורר.
