1. הגשת הערעור וסימונו
(א)ערעור על החלטת רשות הרישוי לפי סעיפים 51 עד 54 לפקודת התעבורה, יוגש בכתב למשרד הרישום של בית המשפט המחוזי שבאזור מגוריו של המערער.
(ב)משהוגש כתב הערעור יסומן תאריך ההגשה בגוף הכתב.
