51. פסילה מטעמי כושר
רשות הרישוי רשאית, בהחלטה מנומקת, לפסול אדם מהחזיק ברשיון נהיגה, לצמיתות, לתקופה מסויימת, או עד למילוי תנאים שייקבעו בהחלטה, אם היא משוכנעת שבעל הרשיון אינו ראוי לנהוג מחמת כושר נהיגה לקוי.
