1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”בקשה“ – בקשה לביטול החלטת הפסילה או בקשה לאישור החלטת הפסילה כאמור בסעיף 57 לפקודה;
”משיב“ – רשות הרישוי שנתנה את ההחלטה אם מגיש הבקשה הוא בעל רשיון הנהיגה שנפסל מהחזיק בו (להלן – בעל הרשיון) או בעל הרשיון – אם מגיש הבקשה הוא רשות הרישוי.
