57. ביטול הפסילה, פקיעתה ואישורה
תיקון: תשכ״ב־2
(א)בעל רשיון נהיגה שנפסל מהחזיק בו כאמור בסעיף 56, רשאי לבקש משופט תעבורה ביטול הפסילה.
(ב)פסילה לפי סעיף 56 תפקע כתום 30 יום מיום החלטת הפסילה, אם לא הוגשה לשופט תעבורה בקשה לאישורה לפני תום מועד זה או אם לא בוטלה על ידי השופט לפני כן.
(ג)שופט תעבורה רשאי לאשר את הפסילה לצמיתות, לתקופה מסויימת או עד למילוי תנאים שיקבע, לשנותה או לבטלה.
