1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”דיסקה“ – כמשמעותה בתקנה 364ד לתקנות התעבורה, התשכ״א–1961;
”תובע“ – כמשמעותו בסעיפים 11 ו־12 לחוק סדר הדין הפלילי [נוסח משולב], התשמ״ב–1982 (להלן – חוק סדר הדין הפלילי), או תובע צבאי כמשמעותו בסעיף 181 לחוק השיפוט הצבאי, התשט״ו–1955;
”תעודת עובד הציבור“ – כמשמעותה בסעיף 23 לפקודת הראיות [נוסח חדש], התשל״א–1971.
