23. תעודת עובד הציבור
תיקון: [תשט״ז] [ע/32]
בית המשפט רשאי, אם אין הוא רואה חשש לעיוות הדין, לקבל כראיה תעודה על דבר שנרשם במסמך רשמי; התעודה תהא חתומה בידי עובד הציבור שעשה את הרישום או את המעשה או קיבל את הידיעה שנרשמה, ואם אין הוא עוד באותו שירות – בידי האחראי על היחידה שבה עבד.
