6. מינוי בודק
(א)השר ימנה בודק בעל ניסיון בדירוג לפי השיטה המוגדרת באמות המידה.
(ב)הבודק יערוך את בדיקת בתי המלון לצורך קביעת דרגה, לפי אמות המידה.
