7. קביעת דרגה
(א)הממונה יעביר בקשה לקביעת דרגה לבודק.
(ב)הבודק יבדוק את רמת בית המלון לפי אמות המידה ויעביר את תוצאות בדיקתו לממונה, בתוך שישה חודשים מיום קבלת הבקשה; הממונה רשאי להאריך לבודק את התקופה להעברת תוצאות הבדיקה לגבי בית מלון מסוים או לכלל בתי המלון, אם נוכח לדעת שיש צורך בכך.
(ג)הממונה יקבע את דרגת בית המלון על פי תוצאות בדיקת הבודק, בתוך 45 ימים מיום קבלתן.
