9. תוקפה של דרגה
(א)תוקף דרגה שנקבעה כאמור, יהיה לתקופה של שלוש שנים.
(ב)בעל בית מלון ידווח לממונה על כל שינוי ברישיון העסק של בית המלון בתקופת תוקפה של דרגה.
