Section 10 of תקנות שירותי תיירות (בתי מלון), התשע״ג–2012, חידוש דרגה.
10. חידוש דרגה
(א)בעל בית מלון המעוניין בחידוש הדרגה בתום תקופת תוקפה, יגיש בקשה על כך לממונה לא יאוחר משלושה חודשים לפני תום תוקפה של הדרגה, לפי הטופס שבתוספת השלישית, ויצרף לבקשה –
(1)מסמך מאושר בידי עורך דין או רואה חשבון המעיד כי המבקש הוא בעלו או מנהלו של בית המלון;
(2)העתק רישיון העסק התקף של בית המלון.
(ב)בדיקת הבקשה וקביעת הדרגה יהיו כאמור בתקנה 7.
