10. דרישות לרישיון מומחה לנסיעות
(א)תושב ישראל, יהיה זכאי לקבל רישיון מומחה לנסיעות אם נתקיימו בו כל אלה:
(1)אין לו רישום פלילי במשטרת ישראל בעבירה שיש בה, לדעת המנהל, כדי למנוע עיסוק כמומחה לנסיעות;
(2)הוא בעל ותק של שלוש שנים לפחות במתן שירותי נסיעות בסוכנות נסיעות;
(3)הוא עמד בבחינות כאמור בתקנות אלה.
(ב)היה מבקש הרישיון בעל תואר אקדמי, תהיה תקופת הותק הנדרשת, מחצית התקופה האמורה בתקנת משנה (א)(2).
