11. דרישות לרישיון מומחה להסעת תיירים
תושב ישראל יהיה זכאי לקבל רישיון מומחה להסעת תיירים אם נתקיימו בו כל אלה:
(1)אין לו רישום פלילי במשטרת ישראל בעבירה שיש בה, לדעת המנהל, כדי למנוע עיסוק כמומחה להסעת תיירים;
(2)הוא בעל ותק של שלוש שנים לפחות בשירות להסעת תיירים, ואם הוא מורה דרך בעל רישיון לפי החוק – אם הוא בעל ותק של לפחות שנה בשירות להסעת תיירים;
(3)הוא עמד בבחינות כאמור בתקנות אלה.
