22. עריכת בחינות
(א)הבחינות ייערכו בפיקוח בוחנים, שימנה המנהל;
(ב)הערכת תוצאות הבחינות תיעשה על ידי הבוחנים;
(ג)נבחן רשאי לדרוש להיבחן בחינת השלמה בעל פה.
