24. פרסום הערבויות
(א)רשימת סוכנויות תימצא אצל המנהל ויצוין בה אופן ההסדר החל על כל סוכנות על פי תקנה 23: חברות בקרן ערבות, פוליסת ביטוח או ערבות בנקאית, לפי הענין.
(ב)הרשימה תהיה פתוחה לעיון הציבור.
(ג)לא יאוחר משלושים ימים לפני תום תקופה שבה חל הסדר כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) על סוכנות, היא תודיע למנהל על ההסדר שיחול עליה מתום אותה תקופה ותמציא לו אישור על כך; לא עשתה כן הסוכנות, יבטל המנהל את רישיונה, לאחר שהתרה בה.
