25. סיור קבוע
(א)סיור קבוע לא יבוצע אלא על ידי משרד לתיור.
(ב)לא יפורסם, לא יוצע למכירה ולא יבוצע סיור קבוע בישראל אלא אם כן פרטי הסיור, תכניתו ותנאיו אושרו מראש בידי המנהל.
(ג)סיור קבוע יופעל ברכב סיור.
(ד)מארגן סיור קבוע ייתן לכל משתתף בו כרטיס או מסמך המקנה זכות השתתפות בסיור ובו יצוין מחיר הסיור, וכן ייתן לו עלון הכולל את תכנית הסיור ובו יצוין כי הסיור אושר בידי המנהל.
