1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”חבילת תיור“ – צירוף של שניים או יותר משירותי סוכנות נסיעות, ולרבות שירותי מורה דרך, הנמכר או מוצע למכירה במחיר כולל, והוא לתקופה של יותר מעשרים וארבע שעות או שנכללה בו לינת לילה, למעט שירות שלקוח נקב לגביו את נותן השירות במפורש ושהוזמן ביזמתו לפי תכנית או פרטים שהוא הכין וביקש;
”טיסת שכר“ – כהגדרתה בתקנות רישוי שירותי התעופה (טיסות שכר), התשמ״ב–1982;
”סוכנות נסיעות“ – נותן שירותי סוכנות נסיעות כהגדרתם בחוק.
