2. חובה לגלות מידע
(א)סוכנות נסיעות תיתן למי שרוכש חבילת תיור שהיא מוכרת (להלן – לקוח) או למבקש לרכוש חבילת תיור כאמור, מידע בכתב בכל הנוגע לשירותים הניתנים במסגרת חבילת התיור.
(ב)מידע כאמור בתקנת משנה (א), יימסר באופן שיאפשר הזדמנות סבירה לעיין בו לפני רכישת חבילת התיור, ככל שניתן בנסיבות הענין.
