Section 1 of תקנות הרשויות המקומיות (בחירות) (הוראות בדבר סדרי הצבעה בבתי חולים), התשפ״ד–2023, אחראי.
1. אחראי
(א)מנהל בית חולים יהיה אחראי על הקלפי או הקלפיות שיוצבו באותו בית חולים ועל חלוקת אישורי האשפוז למאושפזים (להלן – אחראי); מנהל בית החולים רשאי למנות אדם מטעמו לשם כך.
(ב)לא יאוחר מהיום ה־53 שלפני יום הבחירות הכלליות כאמור בסעיף 4 לחוק, ימסור שר הבריאות לשר הפנים את רשימת האחראים בבתי החולים; רשימה זו תכלול את הפרטים שלהלן: שם וכתובת בית החולים, שם האחראי ופרטי ההתקשרות עימו.
