2. הודעה למינהל על חיוב בתשלום קנס או פיצויים
נתחייב אדם בבית דין צבאי או בדין משמעתי לשלם קנס או פיצויים ולא שילמם במזומנים, ובהתאם לפקודות הצבא הוא מקבל או זכאי לקבל שכר באמצעות המינהל, תימסר הודעה על כך למינהל בדרך שנקבעה בפקודות הצבא.
