3. ניכוי קנס או פיצויים על ידי המינהל
קיבל המינהל הודעה כאמור בתקנה 2, ינכה – בשיעורים ובדרך שייקבעו בפקודות הצבא – את הקנס או את הפיצויים או את יתרתם שטרם שולמה מהשכר המגיע לנידון.
