2. מסירת רשיון הנהיגה לבית הדין
הורשע בעל רשיון ובית הדין פסל אותו בפסק הדין מהחזיק ברשיון נהיגה, ימציא בעל הרשיון את רשיון הנהיגה לבית הדין מיד לאחר שהודע לו על הפסילה, אולם אם שוכנע בית הדין שרשיון הנהיגה אינו בידי בעלו אותה שעה, ימציאו בעל הרשיון תוך תקופה שקבע בית הדין ובלבד שלא תעלה על שני ימים.
