3. הרשעה שלא בפני בעל הרשיון
הורשע בעל רשיון בבית דין שלא בפניו ובית הדין פסל אותו בפסק הדין מהחזיק ברשיון נהיגה, ימציא בעל הרשיון את רשיון הנהיגה לבית הדין שבו הורשע כאמור, תוך שבעה ימים מהיום שהודע לו על ההרשעה, או תוך תקופה קצרה יותר שקבע בית הדין, הכל לפי המוקדם יותר.
