2. פרוטוקול של דיון בדלתיים סגורות
לא יוצא מבית דין צבאי העתק של פרוטוקול המתייחס לדיון שנערך בדלתיים סגורות, לשם מניעת פגיעה בבטחון המדינה, בהתאם לסעיפים 324 או 325 לחוק.
