3. השמטת חלקים מפרוטוקול אחר
לא יוצא מבית דין צבאי העתק של פרוטוקול שהוראת סעיף 2 לא חלה עליו, אלא בהשמטת החלקים או המלים המתייחסים לנושאים המפורטים ברשימה החתומה ביד פרקליט צבאי ראשי והשמורה בידי כל אחד מאלה:
(1)נשיא בית הדין הצבאי לערעורים;
(2)נשיא בית הדין הצבאי המיוחד;
(3)הנשיאים של בתי הדין הצבאיים המחוזיים.
