1. משלוח הודעה
עובד היוצא לקיצבה לפי סעיף 15 לחוק ישלח הודעה מוקדמת על כך בכתב (להלן – ההודעה) לנציב השירות באמצעות המשרד שבו הוא מועסק; העובד ישלח העתק ההודעה ישירות לנציב השירות בדואר רשום.
