2. המועד למשלוח ההודעה
ההודעה והעתקה יישלחו לא יאוחר מתשעים יום לפני יום הפרישה, אולם לבקשת העובד רשאי המנהל הכללי של המשרד שבו מועסק העובד לדחות את מועד המשלוח, ובלבד שמועד זה יהיה לא יאוחר משלושים יום לפני יום הפרישה.
