3. הוראת מעבר
הודעה שנשלחה על ידי עובד לפני יום פרסומן של תקנות אלה ברשומות על פרישה ביום האמור או לאחריו, כדין הודעה שנשלחה לפיהן, ובלבד שנשלחה לא יאוחר משלושים יום לפני יום הפרישה.
