6. דין תקופת עבודה חלקית
עובד במוסד מוכר שהיה מועסק רק בחלק משעות העבודה המקובלות אותה שעה לגבי עובדים מסוגו, תהיה תקופת עבודתו לענין תקנות אלה חלק יחסי מאותה תקופה, כיחס מספר השעות שעבד למספר השעות המקובלות כאמור.
